Returns
We want you to love your LaraClara pieces. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at laraclara.official@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Duties & import taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable, as they are remitted to the destination country's customs authority.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
