We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Pieces showing signs of wear, scent, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Happy to exchange for a different size or piece. Email us through the Contact page within 30 days — exchange shipping is paid by the customer.

How to return

Email us through the Contact page with your order number to begin a return or exchange. Once we confirm, please send the item within 14 days. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties paid to the carrier cannot be refunded by us.

Final sale

Sale pieces are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
